Because The Villa is a former grand estate house, five beautiful guest rooms are available for the use of your wedding party and/or guests the day before and the day of your wedding. Experience has taught The Villa staff that these rooms are invaluable to you; as such their rental is required when booking wedding reception space at The Villa.
All reserved wedding arrangements require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remainder of the balance paid in full 30 days before the wedding date. A security deposit of $500 is required at the time of reservation and is, of course, returnable to you when no guest damage has occurred.
